Lupe Paez joined Burke Bogart & Brownell in 2007 as a Customer Service Representative. She is a native Floridian. Her family migrated to the US from Cuba in 1962. She has a beautiful daughter that she loves spending time with, along with her 3 cats.
She began her insurance career in 1993 working in the Loss Prevention Department of a large insurance company, where she worked assisting Insurance Agents. This insurance company experience brings additional depth to her position as an Account Manager and Agent.
Lupe earned her 2-20 Insurance License in 2012 so that she could better assist her clients. She also holds the designation of AIAM (Associate in Insurance Account Management).
Lupe strives to provide her clients with excellent customer service, while providing the most competitive and comprehensive coverage to fit their insurance needs. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
